Preferred Roof

Preferred Roof is a family-owned roofing contractor that builds, repairs, replaces and maintains commercial and residential roofs. Its work includes new construction, additions and renovations for commercial, government and industrial projects, multi-family and home roofing, and commercial and residential skylight installation. The company also runs a Preferred Plus Maintenance Program aimed at extending the life of an existing roof.

Preferred Roof is based in Tacoma and serves Western Washington, including Pierce, Thurston and King counties, and is also licensed and bonded for work in Oregon. Financing for new roofs is available through Salal Credit Union. Veterans, military members, first responders and seniors can get 10% off roof repairs or new roof replacements if they mention it before signing a contract.
