Jana Ross with Windermere Abode

Jana Ross is a real estate agent with Windermere Abode in Tacoma, working with buyers and sellers. She has been licensed since 2015 and as a Managing Broker since 2019, and she is an independent brokerage owner. Former clients describe her as especially helpful for military families moving on short notice, including those relocating through the PCS process, and she is known for handling video walkthroughs and remote closings.

Jana works by listening first and then offering options, and she says she does not pressure clients into decisions. She stays available after the sale for questions about repairs and contractors. Her office is at 2200 North 30th Street in Tacoma, and clients can reach her by phone, text, or email to talk through buying or selling.
