Inside the Five Brewing Co.

Inside the Five Brewing Co. is a brewpub in downtown Sylvania that opened in 2018 under co-owners Brandon Fields, Katie Fields and Chris Morris. The beer menu rotates often and leans into culinary-inspired brews meant to pair with its food. Beers are brewed at a production facility in Toledo and also sold in cans, which are distributed to over 400 bars, restaurants and carry-outs.

The Sylvania taproom does not take reservations, so plan to walk in. The kitchen closes an hour before the taproom does. Cans can be taken home from the store, and gift cards and merchandise are sold there too. Draft Class memberships offer discounts on beer and merchandise along with members-only events. The space can be booked for birthdays, receptions and business meetings through an inquiry form on the parties page. Sister taprooms operate in Perrysburg and Toledo.
