Troub's Butcher Shop

Troub's Butcher Shop is a local butcher shop in Surprise that sells fresh beef, prime cuts and gourmet specialty sausages. The shop works from whole animals and offers custom cuts, so customers can ask for the cuts they want. The beef is raised at Broken Box Ranch in Verden, New Mexico, finished in Duncan, Arizona, and processed in Safford, Arizona before the shop's own refrigerated truck brings it to Surprise.

The shop sits in a suite on Litchfield Road and is open Monday through Saturday, with shorter Sunday hours. Packages and custom cut pricing are listed on the website, though the owners ask people to call with questions because prices can change. Walking in and asking questions is welcome.
