Surprise Dental & Denture

Surprise Dental & Denture is a family dental practice founded in 2007 by Dr. Jason Melashenko and Dr. Stephanie Mashni, a husband-and-wife team. The office handles cleanings and preventive care, along with restorative and cosmetic work such as crowns, veneers and whitening, dental implants, Invisalign clear aligners and other tooth replacement. The doctors see children as well as adults.

New patients are welcome, and a first visit includes an exam, imaging when needed and a treatment discussion. The initial consultation is free, major insurance plans are accepted, and monthly payment plans are available. Sedation options may be offered for patients with dental anxiety, and urgent problems like severe pain or a broken tooth are seen promptly. The office on West Grand Avenue in Surprise, Arizona has a beverage station and blankets and headphones for the dental chair.
