Sun Village Community Association

Sun Village Community Association manages Sun Village, a 55+ active adult community of 1,382 homes and single-level condominiums around lakes and an 18-hole, par 3 walking golf course with a pro shop. Residents can use a swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and putting greens, plus the Community Rec Center with a fitness center, art and stained glass rooms, billiards, and a 250-seat ballroom that hosts events.

The community is guard-controlled, but its onsite restaurant, beauty salon, gift gallery, and community church are open to the public. The association office handles amenity keys, name badges, lost and found, copies and faxes, vehicle registration, and renter registration, and it sends compliance letters to homeowners. Office hours run Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 3:00 in winter, with Friday hours ending at noon in summer.
