Dutch Touch Window Cleaning

Dutch Touch Window Cleaning washes windows for homes and businesses in Surprise and the wider West Valley, cleaning the inside and outside of each pane along with tracks, sills, frames and screens. Desert work is a big part of the job: sunscreens get taken down, washed and reset, and chalky mineral haze from hard water and sprinkler overspray is removed rather than smeared. The company has operated since 1989 and describes itself as a family business.

The crew is licensed and insured, and free estimates are available by phone. Pricing depends on how many windows a home has, how many stories it is and whether screens and sunscreens are included, and tall entry glass takes extra care. The company is based in Surprise and also serves Anthem, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Twice-yearly cleaning, in spring and after the monsoon, suits most homes, with houses near open desert often doing better on a quarterly schedule.
