Bachand Group

Bachand Group is a property management company that handles rental homes and apartments for owners and residents in the Twin Ports area. Its in-house maintenance staff does repair work on managed properties, and the team has been owners, developers and property managers for more than 30 years. A sister company, Bachand Realty, helps people buy and sell homes, including single-family, multi-family, vacant land and commercial property.

Renters can find current rental listings, which include houses and apartments in Superior, Duluth, Lake Nebagamon and Lindstrom, and get help through the move-in process. Owners can schedule an appointment to talk about management services. The Superior office is open on weekdays, and an after-hours line handles maintenance emergencies.
