Planet Maids

Planet Maids cleans homes and offices, with regular, deep, move-in and move-out, post-renovation and Airbnb turnaround cleanings, plus green cleaning that uses eco-friendly products. The crew brings its own supplies, including a vacuum, and the company says its disinfecting process kills 99% of common bacteria and viruses. Gift cards are available.

Same-day cleanings can be booked, with immediate booking confirmation. Pricing is hourly or by apartment size, with flat rates for studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and there are no contracts or administrative fees. Cleaners are background checked, insured and bonded. The company is based in Queens and also serves Brooklyn, Boston and Chicago, as well as the tri-state area.
