Ryan Smith Plumbing and Heating LLC

Ryan Smith Plumbing and Heating LLC handles residential and light commercial plumbing, from drain cleaning and clog removal to water heater repair and replacement, pipe work and fixture installs. On the heating and cooling side, the crew repairs and replaces furnaces, services boilers, works on heat pumps and central and mini-split air conditioners, and handles seasonal maintenance and tune-ups. Sump pump repair and tankless water heater installs are also on the list.

The company has been locally owned since 2011 and aims for jobs done right the first time, with recommendations kept to what the system actually needs. Customers can book service online or call the office during weekday business hours. Emergency plumbing covers burst or frozen pipes, sewer backups and sudden loss of water pressure. The shop is on Jackson Street in Sumner, and the crew serves Sumner and nearby Northeast Iowa towns including Waverly, Oelwein and Independence.
