Peak To Peak Home Inspection

Peak To Peak Home Inspection is a residential and commercial home inspection company run by owner Randy Simitoski, a certified home inspector with a background in building trades. Inspections cover the structure and systems of a house from the roof to the foundation, with add-on services including mold testing, thermal imaging and radon testing and mitigation. Pre-listing and new construction inspections are also offered.

A typical home inspection starts at $375, and pricing varies with square footage, the home's age and its location. Inspections generally take two to four hours. Clients are welcome to attend, and the full report is delivered within 24 hours. The company serves Erie and surrounding Erie County communities, plus travel to other areas for an additional fee, and offers a 20% discount for veterans and first responders.
