Cornerstone Chiropractic

Cornerstone Chiropractic is a family-based chiropractic practice run by Drs. Alec and Casey Shell, second-generation chiropractors. The practice offers chiropractic care, pregnancy chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic, sports chiropractic and Gonstead technique adjustments, and it treats back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches and posture-related issues. Newborns, children, adults and seniors are all seen.

New patients can book a free consultation by phone or through the website, and the practice also accepts a range of payment options. The office is in the Old Trolley Road area of Summerville, with a couple of morning and afternoon hours on weekdays and a shorter Friday morning schedule. Visits can start with a spinal assessment and digital X-rays if needed.
