San Isidro Cemetery

San Isidro Cemetery is a community cemetery in Sugar Land that has been designated as a burial ground since 1918. It offers traditional in-ground burials on landscaped grounds and accepts ashes in plots, with cremation handled through partner providers. Burial eligibility is limited to members, their immediate family, certain former employees of Sugarland Industries and others approved by the board.

The cemetery is run by a board of members, and families can register to view financial reports on cemetery expenditures and revenue. Donations are accepted to support upkeep, and the grounds hold periodic cleanup days. Families who need funeral arrangements are referred to a list of trusted funeral home partners.
