MindRise Counseling

MindRise Counseling offers person-centered therapy for individuals, couples, children, teens, and families, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and perinatal mental health. Services include play therapy and sand tray therapy for younger clients, and marital and family therapy where the relationship itself is the focus.

Sessions are available in English or Turkish, both in person at the Sugar Land office and by secure, HIPAA-compliant video across Texas. A free 15-minute phone consultation comes before any commitment, and appointments can be booked online or requested through the contact form. Parents of children and teens receive regular feedback and practical strategies, while teens' privacy is respected.
