Imperial BBQ

Imperial BBQ is a family-owned Texas barbecue business that smokes its meats over oak and pecan wood it cuts and splits by hand. The homemade barbecue sauce and dry rubs have been refined through cook-off competitions since 1994. The business is best known for catering, serving weddings, graduations, birthdays, company and holiday parties, school and summer festivals, and quinceañeras.

Imperial BBQ runs as a mobile catering service and provides full party service, including preparation, setup with utensils, and cleanup.
