Eric Christie

Boxer Inspections is a home inspection business led by Eric Christie, who has been inspecting homes since 2017. Most jobs are full home inspections for buyers and sellers, with added checks for HVAC, roofs, electrical and plumbing systems, pre-pour foundations, wood-destroying insects, pools and spas, and commercial buildings. Reports include explanations and photos of the systems and components assessed.

Eric holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission, as well as an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. He serves Sugar Land and the surrounding Fort Bend and Harris county areas, and the office is on Matlage Way in Sugar Land. Bookings are made by phone or email. Weekdays are the main schedule, and Saturday visits are by special appointment only.
