Concierge Jewelry Repair handles the fixes that keep jewelry wearable, including ring resizing and soldering, stone setting and tightening, prong repair, pearl and bead restringing, and necklace, chain and earring repairs. The shop also repairs watches, appraises pieces and creates custom designs, drawing on the 38-plus years of experience founder Rose Hinz brings to the bench. Engagement rings and lab-grown diamonds are also part of the lineup.

Repairs are arranged by appointment, and weekend visits need to be booked ahead because Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only. Weekday hours run from 10 to 4. Gold buying is offered too, with transparent evaluations on each piece. The shop is in Sugar Land, in a suite at Sugar Creek Center, and the team works with clients who want a family piece restored or a new design built from scratch.
