B.T.'s Smokehouse

B.T.'s Smokehouse is a counter-service barbecue restaurant known for pulled pork, beef brisket, pork and beef ribs, and sides like slaw, potato salad, and mac 'n cheese. The Boston Globe named it one of the top ten barbecue joints in New England. The menu also goes beyond barbecue with catfish, chop salads, vegetarian sides, and a rotating selection of seasonal dishes.

The restaurant has about 40 seats, first come first serve, with indoor and outdoor seating. It is BYOB, so guests can bring their own beer. Takeout, large-order pickup for parties, full-service catering, and a food truck for outside events are all available, and orders can be placed online. Expect a wait at busy times, since some meats are smoked for up to 24 hours. Nearly all meats and many sides are gluten free. The restaurant is at 392 Main Street in Sturbridge.
