University Plaza Waterfront Hotel

University Plaza Waterfront Hotel is a hotel on the Stockton waterfront with its own restaurant, Delta Bistro & Lounge. The bistro serves California-inspired dishes made with fresh ingredients, with breakfast in the morning and dinner later in the day, while the full-service bar pours local wine and craft cocktails. The hotel also hosts weddings, private dinners and business meetings.

Guests can eat indoors or out on the patio, which has views of the water. Dinner runs later on Friday and Saturday, and the lounge stays open past midnight those nights. Groups and private functions can work with the events team to set up a custom menu, and reservations can be made by phone or online.
