Setness Roof Inspection

Setness Roof Inspection is a roof inspection and consulting company that works with residential and commercial owners across the Stockton area, and its work also reaches school districts and commercial and industrial buildings throughout the Central Valley. Inspections include visual, infrared and drone methods, and each one ends with a detailed written report that includes photographs of existing problems and recommended corrective steps. The firm also writes roofing specifications and provides quality assurance inspections during projects.

The company holds a California state license as a roofing and general building contractor, and it offers roof repair and replacement as well as consulting on roof systems, manufacturers and phased projects. Calls and contact form messages are the usual way to start, and the office is on W. Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton.
