About Aspen Coffee Company

The story

Aspen Coffee Company roasts its own coffee in small batches in Stillwater and serves it at its cafes. Espresso drinks are made to order on a La Marzocco machine, with lattes, cortados, mochas and americanos on the menu, plus a granita latte and smoothies. Homemade scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls and sausage rolls are sold alongside the drinks, and the shop is known for its chocolate covered espresso beans.

The company has six locations in Oklahoma, four in Stillwater and one in Edmond, and the menu varies a bit from shop to shop. Whole bean coffee roasted in Stillwater is sold by the bag, and at least one location has a drive through. Its roastery and cafes are a Stillwater fixture, operating there since 1994.
