Trizest Restaurant

Trizest Restaurant serves Sichuan-style Chinese cooking alongside Shanghai and Taiwanese dishes and American-style Chinese favorites. Its best-known plates include dry-fried shrimp, crispy eggplant, squirrel fish, whole fish in sweet and sour sauce, and braised duck, along with seafood served in paper on a hot iron plate. The restaurant began in 1983 in Midland, Michigan, and its menu has been shaped by a long line of visiting chefs from Taiwan, Shanghai and Sichuan.

The dining room seats about 60 and includes private rooms for banquets and smaller gatherings, which makes it suitable for family dinners and group meals. Hours run later on Friday and Saturday, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays. It is on Dequinder Road in Sterling Heights.
