Sterling Heights Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic treating adults and children for sudden illnesses, minor injuries and routine checkups. No appointment is needed, though calling ahead can shorten the wait, which the clinic says is often around 30 minutes. On-site services include X-rays, lab work, drug tests, COVID-19 and flu testing, physical exams, vaccinations and occupational medicine. The office is on Schoenherr Road in Sterling Heights and is open seven days a week, including evenings. Most insurance is accepted.
