Lakeside Terraces

Lakeside Terraces is an apartment community with one, two and three bedroom units, along with fully furnished apartment homes for extended stays. The property has a pickleball court, a resort-style pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a playground and a lake on the grounds. Apartments include maple cabinetry, granite countertops, GE appliances, walk-in closets and washers and dryers on every floor plan.

Pets are welcome in the apartments, and the leasing team can explain the pet policy. The staff is available around the clock, and the community is close to freeways, shopping and dining in Sterling Heights, with easy access to Ford, Chrysler and Selfridge Air Base. Office hours are weekdays and weekend hours are shorter, and maintenance responds to repair requests.
