ER Phone Repair

ER Phone Repair fixes cracked screens, charging ports, batteries, cameras and speakers, along with liquid damage, data recovery and boot loop problems. Screens come in three grades, from an aftermarket option up to a premium display, so customers can choose the price and quality they want. Free diagnostics are offered on all repairs, and parts and labor carry a 30-day warranty, with battery replacements covered for 90 days.

The shop is at 11508 15 Mile Rd in Sterling Heights and takes walk-ins during its weekday and Saturday hours, closed Sundays. Customers who can't come in can mail a device for repair. Reviewers often mention quick turnaround, with some same-day or under-an-hour repairs, and the owner is known for explaining repair options and prices before starting work.
