Adaptive Environments

Adaptive Environments is a Michigan elevator contractor and distributor that sells and installs stairlifts, residential elevators and wheelchair lifts, and rents accessibility equipment. The company also handles maintenance and repair for equipment it installs, and works with architects and builders on accessible construction.

The business is locally owned and has been operating since 1985. It is licensed as an elevator contractor by the State of Michigan, and its technicians are licensed and factory-trained. Free estimates are offered, and visitors can meet the team and try products at the showroom on Utica Road in Sterling Heights. The office is open Monday through Friday during the day, with appointments available outside those hours.
