Sedgewick Homes

Sedgewick Homes is a custom home builder that builds on the customer's own lot across North Carolina, with more than 40 years of construction experience. The company offers over 45 house plans that can be customized to fit a family's needs and budget, and it handles the process as a turnkey build. Featured plans include the Caledonia, Cliffs and Woodhaven.

The company says more than half of its work comes from referrals. It names Salisbury, Hamptonville, Troutman, Granite Falls and Shelby among the places it builds, and its mailing address is in Statesville. Buyers can compare plans on the site and call or send a message to the sales team with questions. Floor plan drawings are for illustration, and the sales consultant can explain differences between plans.
