SLT Machine Works is a precision machining shop that does CNC turning, CNC milling and 5-axis work, and prototyping through full production runs. Its work covers parts for oil and gas and aerospace manufacturers, and the shop handles ferrous and non-ferrous materials including aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel and titanium. Inspection is done in house with a coordinate measuring machine and vision system.
The shop is in Stafford and serves manufacturers across Houston and the Greater Houston area. It runs six days a week on two full shifts, which suits high-volume and time-sensitive jobs. Customers start with a quote request, and the company also handles CAD/CAM programming and design help.
