OGF

Outdoor Group Fitness, or OGF, is a coach-led outdoor fitness community in St. Petersburg. Its core offering is group fitness classes built around strength, conditioning and functional training, with specialty sessions that include HYROX, Pilates and yoga. Personal and semi-personal training is also available for members who want more individual attention.

New visitors can book a free trial class to see whether the format fits. Classes run early morning through evening on weekdays and in the morning on weekends, and there is an open gym period on weekdays and weekend mornings. The gym is at 22nd Avenue North in St. Petersburg, and members can use a recovery lounge with a sauna, cold plunges and showers after workouts.
