M&R Air Conditioning

M&R Air Conditioning is a family-owned HVAC company offering air conditioning and heating repair, installation, preventative maintenance, ductwork work, indoor air quality equipment and commercial HVAC service. The company says Mitch and his son personally lead the jobs, and it emphasizes upfront pricing and honest diagnostics over the quota-driven approach of larger chains.

M&R handles same-day and emergency repairs, with 24/7 service and no travel fees within its service area. Replacement estimates are commonly offered at no cost, and the company offers interest-free financing for qualifying installs. The shop is at 459 29th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, and the crew serves St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park and the wider Tampa Bay area.
