A&J Windowhaus

A&J Windowhaus sells and installs German-engineered hurricane impact windows and doors for homes and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. The company offers entry, French, sliding, lift and slide, and tilt and turn designs, along with commercial storefront and curtain wall systems. Its impact products are certified to Florida Building Code wind-borne debris standards, and the company says it can supply the documentation homeowners need for wind mitigation insurance discounts.

The company is family-run: Joe, who previously ran a window business in Berlin for more than 30 years, works with his son Alex. Every opening is measured by the company's own team rather than subcontractors, and installation is done in-house. Financing is available, and Spanish is spoken. Customers are served across St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota, and the office is in St. Petersburg.
