Side Project Brewing

Side Project Brewing makes artisanal beers, including barrel-aged collaborations such as the Threnody barleywine and stout made with The Veil, along with blends like a bière blanche and a dry-hopped grisette. The brewery also serves pizza and beers and bites, and it sells apparel, drinkware and hats alongside its beer.

Beer can be bought online through the brewery's checkout, with a To-Go option for food and drink, and gift cards are available as well. Online beer orders require confirming you are over 21. Maplewood has three spots: The Brewery, The Cellar and the Pizza location. The brewery also runs a La Coterie membership program, which has a waitlist.
