Offices on MacKenzie is a two-floor professional office building in Saint Louis that was converted from the Reavis Elementary School in 1982. Its spaces can be built out to fit a tenant's needs, with floor plans up to 1,000 square feet that can change as a business grows. The building has an open floor plan and a history of low tenant turnover.

The owners, brothers Michael and Steve Butz, have been renovating the building and upgrading its technology and security.
