Montessori Learning Center

Montessori Learning Center is a preschool and childcare center that takes children from about six weeks old through preschool age, using the Montessori method. Programs are split into infant, toddler, two-year-old and preschool groups, and the center offers half-day and part-time options alongside full schedules.

The center was founded in 1982 by owner Christine Strzembosz in the expanded basement of her house, and it is still at that location on Union Road in St. Louis. It is licensed by the State of Missouri, accepts state subsidy, and serves meals and two snacks daily, with menus adjusted for allergies. Parents receive daily updates through the Brightwheel app, and teachers are CPR certified with keypad entry and security cameras at the door.
