Flat fees apply, with separate flat rates listed for seniors, military and first responders on simpler returns.

Consultations are free, and walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are also available. Returns can be handled in person, remotely or by drop-off, and the office includes e-filing and online portal access with each return. The business is a family-owned office on Sherman Avenue in St Joseph. Hours shift between tax season and the rest of the year, and Sundays are closed.
