Smile Alive Dentistry

Smile Alive Dentistry is a family dental practice led by Dr. Terri Baarstad, DMD, FAGD. The office covers general and preventive dentistry, fillings and crowns, extractions, dental implants, gum care, oral surgery and cosmetic work such as teeth bleaching and veneers. Same-day CEREC crowns are offered at both locations, so a crown can be finished in one visit.

The practice is a good fit for patients who feel anxious about the dentist, since sedation options are available and Dr. Baarstad focuses on gentle, unhurried care. Appointments are needed, and the office is open Monday through Thursday, with Friday visits by appointment only. Smile Alive has offices in Eugene near Crescent Village and in Springfield's Mohawk district.
