PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital

PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital is a 42-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital and a subsidiary of PeaceHealth. It focuses on recovery after stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury, with programs built around each patient's needs. The orthopedics program prepares people recovering from fractures, dislocations or joint replacements to return home, with training in gait, stairs, transfers, dressing and operating a vehicle.

The neurological rehabilitation program is doctor-supervised and serves people with difficulty moving, speaking, swallowing, breathing or learning after injury or disease. Referrals can be made through the hospital, and visitors can schedule a tour. The hospital is at 3555 Game Farm Road in Springfield, Oregon.
