OsteoStrong offers short sessions designed to build skeletal strength, using a series of robotic musculoskeletal devices that apply axial compression to bone. Sessions are geared toward bone density concerns such as osteoporosis, along with balance, posture and strength. The approach is painless and sweat-free, and it is not a gym, diet, supplement or medical treatment.

Each visit takes about 10 minutes, and regular weekly sessions fit around a busy schedule. Visitors show up as they are, with no workout routine required. Each center is independently owned and operated, and first-time visitors can book a free session. Results vary, and anyone with a health condition should check with their physician first.
