McKenzie Personnel Systems

McKenzie Personnel Systems is a non-profit agency that provides supported employment, community inclusion and supported living services for people with disabilities. Its supported employment program helps individuals find integrated community jobs, from discovering interests and practicing interviews to seeking openings and filling out applications. The agency also runs supported living and community inclusion programs, with services built around each person's needs and goals.

The agency was founded in 1984 by parents and a University of Oregon graduate student, and it serves more than 100 individuals and companies. Employers can work with the agency to fill positions with its participants. Direct support staff and job coaches are trained in the Oregon Intervention System, First Aid and CPR, and pass a state background check. The office is at 315 5th Street in Springfield.
