Main Street Spay Neuter

Main Street Spay Neuter is a low-cost veterinary clinic focused on spay and neuter surgery for cats and dogs. Besides surgery, it offers routine wellness exams, sick exams, dental care, soft tissue surgeries, vaccines, microchipping, flea and tick treatments, and sedated grooming services. Pricing is listed by service, with discounted options for low-income clients, 501(c)(3) organizations, seniors 65 and older, and veterans and active military with ID.

Appointments are booked online or by phone, and deposits are non-refundable. Clients pay by cash or card, but checks are not accepted. Pets are seen without their owners in the exam room, and owners cannot come back with their animals, which keeps appointments short. Rabies vaccination is required for all patients. The clinic is at 1440 S A Street in Springfield, Oregon, and takes referrals from other vets by email.
