Wellness Districts® is a real estate development company that builds wellness-focused residential communities in fast-growing American markets and offers private investments in those projects. Founder and CEO Craig Laher has worked in real estate for 35 years, across fix-and-flips, rentals, multifamily and development, and the firm has completed more than $3 billion in developments.

Investments are open only to accredited investors, with a $25,000 minimum and a 12-month term. Interest is paid monthly, and the target preferred return of up to 21% per year is not guaranteed. Self-directed IRA and 401(k) rollover structures are available. Interested investors start with an application and a private investor call, and the firm is based in Spring, Texas.
