Magnolia Patio + Pool

Magnolia Patio & Pool designs and builds custom covered patios, swimming pools and outdoor kitchens for backyards around Spring, The Woodlands and Conroe. Covered patio work is the company's core, with each cover designed to match the architecture of the home, and pool projects are shaped around the yard and the family that will use it. Stamped concrete, landscaping and outdoor kitchen work round out the list.

Projects usually start with a free 3D design and quote, after an in-home consultation or a visit to the office on Pitkin Road in Spring. Financing is available, and the company says the final payment isn't due until the customer is satisfied with the results. Pool and patio maintenance, including weekly pool service and emergency repairs, is offered for existing outdoor spaces. David and Wendy Mills run the business as a family-owned company.
