The studio offers semi-private training, online coaching packages, specialized training for powerlifting and bodybuilding, massage, and a recovery suite, with a coaching process built around identifying what is holding a client back, building a personal plan and staying accountable.

New visitors can book a consult to talk through goals and lifestyle, book a trial semi-private session, or book a tour of the private facility and recovery space. The studio is at 11703 East Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley.
