Tha Joint

Tha Joint is a sushi and grill restaurant in Sparks that serves modern, creative sushi rolls with a deliberate jail theme. The menu is built around inventive rolls rather than traditional Japanese fare, and the restaurant is known for all-you-can-eat sushi at lunch and dinner along with appetizers such as gyoza, calamari and ceviche. The executive chef trained in Korea and worked at a Reno resort hotel before opening.

The Sparks location is at Los Alto Parkway, and a second location operates in Reno under the name 2 Tha Joint. Lunch and dinner all-you-can-eat pricing is listed for adults, with reduced rates for children and free admission for young kids. Parties of six or more are charged an 18% gratuity, and brown rice is available on request.
