MelioREM Sleep Clinic

MelioREM Sleep Clinic is a sleep medicine practice led by a board-certified sleep physician with fellowship training. The clinic starts with a comprehensive evaluation to find the root cause of a sleep problem, then offers treatments that include CPAP devices, oral appliances, bright light therapy, behavioral changes, medications, and hypoglossal nerve stimulation.

Patients can have sleep testing at home or a sleep study in the lab, and a second Sparks location now houses a four-bed sleep lab. In-person visits take place at the Reno-Sparks clinic, while secure video visits serve patients elsewhere in Nevada. If your insurance is an HMO, a referral from your primary care doctor is required before an office visit, and prescription refills are generally handled during weekday office hours.
