Second Nature Services

Second Nature Services is a landscape and property maintenance company serving commercial and residential customers. Its work covers mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, bark and lawn installs, flower bed care, sprinkler shut-down and start-up, hedge trimming, fall leaf removal, parking lot cleaning, and pressure washing of walks, buildings, decks and fences. Owner Ray Randall says the company has been in business for more than 25 years.

The company works mainly on annual contracts with a fixed monthly payment, so crews visit on a regular schedule through the year. Clients include homeowners, property management companies, homeowners associations, commercial building owners and government agencies. The company covers Pierce County, including Tacoma, Puyallup and Sumner, and King County as far north as Maple Valley, including Seattle, Renton, Kent, Auburn and Federal Way.
