Know Your Worth Counseling and Wellness

Know Your Worth Counseling and Wellness is a women-owned counseling and psychiatric practice offering individual therapy, couples counseling, teen and adolescent counseling, Christian counseling, EMDR therapy and group therapy. Medication management and psychiatric evaluations are also available, along with GeneSight genetic medication testing. The practice works with a team of licensed counselors and nurse practitioners who build a personalized plan and schedule for each client.

Sessions are virtual by telehealth and cover adults and adolescents 10 and older across Texas. The practice accepts a number of insurance plans, and self-pay is available for clients who are out of network. Next-day appointments are offered, and the office is located in Southlake.
