Curis Functional Health

Curis Functional Health is a clinic that combines chiropractic care, mental health therapy and functional nutrition to treat the whole person. Chiropractic visits focus on full-body balance and nervous system health, and the team works with issues such as chronic pain, stress and fatigue. The nutrition side builds plans from biomarkers and lab results, and most programs run three to twelve months.

Therapy is available in person or by telehealth, using approaches such as CBT and EMDR, and sessions are private. New patients can request an appointment through the online booking form, and nutrition care starts with a detailed health history before the first visit. The clinic is in Southlake.
