Wave Hair Co. is a salon suite in South Windsor, Connecticut, focused on lived-in blonding and textured haircuts. Owner Sophie Lopez shapes each color and cut around a client's hair texture, growth pattern and lifestyle, and uses ammonia-free, natural-based color. Full, half and partial blonding, custom color and grey coverage anchor the menu, with haircuts, glosses and blowouts alongside.

Each visit is a private session in the salon suite. New clients start with a 15-minute consultation and a deposit, and bookings are made online. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday, with later hours on Thursday and Friday.
