Bridge Tax Advisors is a year-round tax advisory firm that plans the tax side of business and household decisions, represents clients in IRS matters, and prepares individual, business, trust and estate returns. Its planning work covers compensation, entity structure, retirement timing, real estate, equity and the sale of a business, with a written plan and quarterly reviews for clients. Enrolled Agents Joel Nowakowski and Viktoriya Parker are the senior advisors on each relationship.

The firm does not manage investments or sell financial products, and it works alongside clients' financial advisors and attorneys. Planning starts with a 45-minute discovery conversation, and IRS matters begin with a fixed-fee first phase. Clients can meet online, by phone or at the South Windsor office on Hillside Drive, and much of the work is federal, so clients are not limited to Connecticut.
